Contact & Procedure

Anyone who would like to ask me a question personally can do so under
katja.schmollack @ hotmail.de

You can also find me on Facebook at Katja.Schmollack

You can also find me on Instagram at happy.msfree.new.life

There is also an HSCT group on Facebook that has a large number of MS patients already in Moscow. They are very happy to help you or you can just browse. The group is logically international, ie English. Just use Google Translate if you do not understand something or want to ask a question, but your English is not that good. Lately many questions have reached me, how to contact the clinic and how the registration procedure works.

  1. You can write an email to Anastasia Panchenko without obligation (in Russian or English): msclerosis@yandex.ru Anastasia will then email you a questionnaire and ask you to email it filled out along with your clinic and / or diagnostic reports. Dr. Fedorenko then checks whether you are in principle eligible for this therapy. If yes, you will get an appointment.
  2. Now you book your flight best. From Germany, the cost per ticket is around € 200 for the Economyclass. You fly nonstop in 3 hours. Which of the Moscow airports you choose does not matter. All are about 1 hour’s drive from the clinic and you will be picked up in any case by a driver!
  3. If family members are flying, book Vega Hotel in Moscow. Here, most of the relatives are on and you can find a connection of like-minded people in a foreign land! In addition, the clinic is well connected. By taxi to the clinic you drive for the equivalent of 5 to 8 euros.
  4. Now you should take care of the visa (good that you already have the flight and the addresses, because this information is part of the visa application). I used an agency for that, they arranged everything for me, which was very good. Best for patients 90 days Business Visa, relatives 30 days tourist visa with single or multiple entry.
  5. About 2 weeks before your appointment you will receive a payment request of 45,000 €. You will receive the bank details by mail from Anastasia.
Arriving in Moscow, you will be warmly welcomed and the first two days you will be completely turned upside down: blood test, MRI, X-ray, ECG, etc. Fedorenko will talk to you then. If everything is alright, you can start the treatment. If something is wrong or you do not want to do the treatment, you can get back your money to 1500 Euro.
